📅 Deadlines

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

📦 Conditions eligibility

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be unused , unwashed and in its original packaging .
• Personalized or promotional items are non-refundable , except in the event of a defect.

🔁 Exchange

• Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability .
• If the item requested in exchange is no longer available, a refund or voucher will be offered.

💸 Refund

• Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method , within 5 to 10 business days .
• Initial shipping charges are not refunded unless the error is ours.

📬 Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• We recommend shipping with tracking to avoid any loss.
