1. General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1.1. Purpose of the contract

These general conditions govern the sale of products offered on the site www.lunarosa.ch between Luna Rosa and any person placing an order via the Site.

1.2. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, following validation of payment by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer or if the order does not comply with the conditions of sale.

1.3. Price and payment

Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering and are the responsibility of the Customer.

Payment is made by the means offered on the Site: bank card, Shop Pay, etc.

1.4. Delivery

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and destination. The Seller undertakes to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination.

1.5. Right of withdrawal

In Switzerland, there is no legally required right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, Luna Rosa accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error on the part of the Seller.

1.6. Liability

The Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased products, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

1.7. Applicable law and legal venue

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
